Sala A had reversed a first-instance rejection in limine of an art. 39 Ley 12.962 secuestro prendario against a consumer without giving prior intervention to the Ministerio Público Fiscal. The Court set the ruling aside: CN art. 120, Ley 24.240 art. 52 and Ley 27.148 arts. 2 inc. e and 31 require the Fiscal to be heard before deciding where consumer rights are affected.
