This is not a county.

The departamento judicial is a judicial partition. It does not coincide with the administrative partido, and Argentina has no county tier at all. The judicial partition is the one that decides which court, which portal, which boletín and which colegio de martilleros govern a sale. See departamento-judicial-vs-departamento-administrativo.

D1. Courts that order subastas here

Civil and commercial first-instance courts (Juzgados en lo Civil y Comercial) of the departamento order subastas in ejecución hipotecaria and in ordinary juicios ejecutivos. Apremios brought by ARBA follow the province’s Código Fiscal (Ley 10.397) and Ley 13.406.

Court numbering, addresses and the electronic-filing regime for Junín: needs_verification.

D2. Portal & electronic auction practice

Buenos Aires Province runs judicial auctions through the SCBA’s portal at https://subastas.scba.gov.ar/. The portal opened in 2014 and became compulsory department by department; La Plata was among the first, from 1 October 2015. The compulsory-start date specifically for Junín: needs_verification.

Bidders register with the portal, are identified to the court but anonymous to each other, and bid within a defined window rather than in a live outcry.

D3. Edictos

Edictos for Junín publish in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (judicial section, subastas) and, as the court orders, in a newspaper circulating in the partido where the property sits. Exact outlet and lead time for Junín: needs_verification.

D4. Martilleros

The auctioneer is a martillero público appointed by the court from the list kept by the Colegio de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos of the departamento. Contact details and the appointment rotation used in Junín: needs_verification.

D5. Offices & contacts

needs_verification — court addresses, mesa de entradas hours, and the departmental receptoría.
