This page is Rawson, capital of the Provincia del Chubut (seaside district Playa Unión). There is a separate Rawson in San Juan with its own Concejo, its own “Ordenanza Tributaria Anual” and a portal at
municipioderawson.gob.ar— do not use San Juan documents for this city. A search on 2026-10-09 surfaced both.
Chubut taxes only rural land at provincial level; inside a municipal ejido the property
tax is municipal. So for an urban parcel in Rawson the city is the property-tax
