AABE — Agencia de Administración de Bienes del Estado

The national agency responsible for administering and disposing of property belonging to the Argentine state. It has been an active source of real property, particularly during the 2024–2026 push to dispose of underused public assets.

Not a subasta judicial.

AABE sells as an owner. There is no ejecutado, no `remanente`, no `purga`, and no annulment risk of the judicial kind. Conditions are set by the agency and by the applicable public-procurement rules.
