Argentina (AR) — civil law.
Nothing on this page describes United States practice. There is no certificate sold to an investor, no administrative sale of land for unpaid tax, and no redemption window after a
subasta judicialin Argentina. If you arrived carrying US assumptions, read falsos-amigos first.
Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Tucumán
Edited under the Secretaría General de la Gobernación (25 de Mayo 90, San Miguel de Tucumán). The site states that the digital bulletin “tiene validez jurídica, es de carácter oficial, auténtico y obligatorio, con idénticos efectos que su edición impresa (Ley N° 8927)”.
Address warning. The URL recorded on the jurisdiction page,
boletinoficial.tucuman.gob.ar, now serves the site of the Secretaría de Estado de Gestión
Pública y Planeamiento, not the gazette. The gazette is at boletin.tucuman.gov.ar.

The opening section is open to everyone. The procedure in detail — statutes, deadlines, who may bid, and what the record does not say — is behind a free account.
We ask for one because writing these from primary sources is slow work, and knowing who relies on it tells us which country to do next.
