The creditor in almost every `apremio` that reaches a subasta. One per jurisdiction — ARBA in Buenos Aires, AGIP in CABA, API in Santa Fe, ATM in Mendoza, ATER in Entre Ríos, ATP in Chaco, ASIP in Santa Cruz, AREF in Tierra del Fuego, and Dirección General de Rentas or equivalent elsewhere.
