Colegio de Escribanos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires
The notariat of Buenos Aires Province is governed by Decreto-ley 9020/78, the Ley Orgánica del Notariado — promulgated 28 March 1978, published 30 March 1978 (Boletín Oficial 18745), texto ordenado by Decreto 8527/86 and regulated by the Reglamento Notarial (Decreto 3887/98) (normas.gba.gob.ar). It works through regional delegaciones whose map the Consejo Directivo may redraw (art. 109) and issues each notary an identity credencial (art. 36). Notarial discipline sits with the Cámaras de Apelación in La Plata, a Juzgado Notarial with province-wide competence and a Tribunal Notarial (art. 38).

The opening section is open to everyone. The procedure in detail — statutes, deadlines, who may bid, and what the record does not say — is behind a free account.
We ask for one because writing these from primary sources is slow work, and knowing who relies on it tells us which country to do next.
