Nothing on this page describes United States practice. There is no certificate sold to an investor, no administrative sale of land for unpaid tax, and no redemption window after a subasta judicial in Argentina. If you arrived carrying US assumptions, read falsos-amigos first.

Colegio Profesional de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos de la Provincia de Tucumán

Tucumán colegiated the profession by Ley 7.268. A provincial decree of 2016 confirms the law and the colegio by name (Decreto 3.278/3 (SH), cited below).

Source status

The full text of Ley 7.268 was read from a reproduction hosted by a professional forum and linked from the colegio’s own “Jurisprudencia y Leyes” page, not from the Boletín Oficial or the Legislatura. The links the colegio gives to the Poder Judicial’s copies (www1.justucuman.gov.ar) no longer resolve. The sanction date and any later amendments are needs_verification; the article numbers below are as they appear in that text.

The opening section is open to everyone. The procedure in detail — statutes, deadlines, who may bid, and what the record does not say — is behind a free account.

We ask for one because writing these from primary sources is slow work, and knowing who relies on it tells us which country to do next.
